Paessler URL Recorder helps to find out the URLs and POSTDATA strings that a user sends to a web server while surfing a sequence of URLs. It works like a standard web browser, whereby you can enter a URL at the top and click "Go". Then you can use the mouse to surf through the sequence you want to record. While you are accessing one page after the other, the URL and POSTDATA are stored in a list.

 I could not make it work. I could not make this program work. In fact, I could not make heads or tails out of it. I wanted to capture urls with it but wasn't able to do so. I wanted to find ulrs so I could capture streaming video and audio with another program. I think it is obtuse at best. I would make it much more user friendly. Bottom line: I could not make this work or even come close to it. It simply directed me to a website that I couldn't understand either.

 Disappointing I found that although this software was quick and easy to install, it did not in fact behave as expected, and failed to send any messages. I have started using a different tool.

 Hello Paessler guys,Thanks all of you developed such a cool tool, I downloaded this tool is because I wan to check how netflow works, so I used another tool NetflowGenerator which is also developed by your guys, I found this tool seems could NOT dump the netflow packet of verion 9, since when I let genertator generate verion 9 flow packet, the tester recieved nothing, while the test worked well with the verion 5 flow packat. Another one confused me is that could I dump the generated or recieved netflow packet data into a disk file or are there any tools which ...
 Brilliant product. Simple to configure, with good responsiveness and a wide array of sensor options. Thansk for the product.
 Very useful in providing an insight as to the messages [NetFlow] coming from the source entity.

Netflow Generator creates artificial NetFlow Version 5 data streams without the need for NetFlow compatible hardware. It is the perfect tool for testing the NetFlow functionality of PRTG or other NetFlow compatible programs. NetFlow Generator sends NetFlow 5 Packets to a specific target computer which processes the data. While the simulator is active it will create NetFlow packets which contain information about the selected traffic pattern.

An amazingly simple tool that can give you so much insight into what\'s happening in your environment.
 it is a great software on of a kind, so many options, but a jungle of menu items. and it needs improvement, it should be easier and simpler.
 I haven\'t had a chance to exchaustively test the program yet, but I have set it up to monitor the local connnections and the data and graphs that comes back looks really good. I\'ll keep using it. If it keeps looking good, I\'ll look at purchasing it for my organization.
Was unable to install on Vista Ult 64 version. Setup would start but window displaying the setup info was minimized and could not be restored or made visible at any point. From reviews this would have been a great program for my needs but, better luck next time. Tried installing/downloading 5x.
 Well, PRTG is very useful for me especially an "Auto Discovery" tool.Also,I enjoy its nice GUI
 I do not have anything good to say. Tried to install on Vista Home Premium, SP1 but the install keept on hanging. It did leave a half install system that was a mess to clean.
